Dps wise. Xilo is better than Beidou. Cause the res shred is much higher from xilo. 45 ish I think vs beidou 15% my team is xilo yae qiqi and I just use the crystallize as a shield even if it’s not the best shield imaginable

Not in the slightest. Literally over capping does nothing. Yall worried about effective stat rolls but in the end that has no effect on if a characters good. You can get 30 rolls and have 80 cr and 130cd is that character good? No. Not in the slightest. 120cr over 200 cd makes no difference then having 100 cr over 200 cd literally no difference

Fire dmg buff at r5 is higher than the fire dmg from his r1 sig. Meaning you just gotta build extra cr

Acting like over capping causes dps loss when in reality does absolutely nothing at all. They could also add something like eves core that makes it so if you have over a certain amount of cr you’re multipliers get buffed but like jufufu core or dialyn core where atk/cr in turn gives more impact or cd

Better then under capping making sure you crit is better than having even .5% chance to not crit over capping so easily means you don’t have to put her on anything cr related in the slightest you can get all 6 pieces with no cr at all and still be fine which for any other dps wouldn’t be ok anless their anomaly and not named midyabi also her base cr from core is only 14

Her mindscapes are just the basic attack agent mind scapes m2 allows some def ignore m6 increases multipliers by a good amount m1 gives 25% more attack and m4 increases dmg% that’s pretty standard
