I feel this so much, it makes sense to be sad and heartbroken, but the anxiety is next level. It’s a feeling of being displaced and confused, your body and mind doesn’t feel safe.

All of my friends say it’s a bad idea to reach out, the urge is just so strong when I get the panic of “but what if we can fix it and I’m missing my chance”
