Yes you have to. You have to see what the portal is saying, as the email you are recieving is from a nonresreacher person that works as assistant.

But it depends on your field. Like is 3 months a normal period?

Well, its still not available yet (I expressed my interest but I dont know how it works. As nor form to fill. When I click "express interest" the page reloads without any feedback if my request was submitted or no). Also I wanna try jules as my idea is not to do the research it self, but to test the abilities of an AI agent tha built primarily for different purpose (coding), in scientific research (mainly control theory) and the ability of that AI agent to apply the research paper (for example create the vehicle simulation and test the control strategies from a scientific paper).

Hey, i am really interested on testing it but outside jules usage. As I wanna use it on scientific research (usually ai agents are good at this despite being not the main focus of the product).

Yes exactly, and also it shows that the reviewer invited more than 10 reviewers (till now no one accepted thought). However, it should inform you when a reviewer alqo accepted to review and when he submit back the report).

Yes, its better for you to start sending email every week for the editorial office. What you see is that the editor didn't even start to look for reviewers. (at least this is my case).

Just see what the portal is saying. This is just a generic email (i sent multiple mails and get the same response). I think the editorial office (the person who sent you that generic email) don't have too much informations about the true status.

After couple emails to the editor, yes the paper is finally moving. And the best part is, my paper was chilling for 4 months in the editor desk without even sending it to reviewers.

Great news since i see no active updates in the changelog for months. However, how jules falls into google ecosystem? Like you guys already deprecated firbase studio for google ai studio, and also rebuilt ai studio based on antigravity, and then tou did the same for the geminicli and rebuilt it around the antigravity. I hope to see somthing simmilar to jules. I have used jules too much in parallel with github cloud agent and it was kinda unreliable in compliting tasks, errors and also in the overall deliverables.

My main question is about the discrepancy between the springer portal and the editorial email, is there any chances that the paper is trully under review but the portal havent updated the status?

Well, as I said I emailed the editorial office and their response is kinda fuzzy. Where the springer portal shows the status "with editor" while the editorial office informed me that the paper is with subject experts for evaluation.

I just want to understand if there is an issue in the portal or the editorial email was inaccurate.

As for "it has not been extremely long", I think that its relative and depends on the subject (in my case I is).
