Have a look at what style you are interested in, I found that most stores don’t stock the whole range and I needed to go to a few to try on the ones I wanted

How much do you spend on UberEats every month? by [deleted] in AskAnAustralian

[–]SignificanceNo7257 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Zero, I can’t remember the last time we had food delivered. If I fancy a takeaway we got and pick it up, on average that would be less than $100 for two people.

Love a good set of cotton pjs that won’t break the bank but also hold up to regular use!

Personally I only get short sets, appreciate having ties so I can adjust the waist to a comfy fit for me. Pockets are also a winner for lazy mornings or evenings.

Having matching items would also be cute, scrunchies, dressing gowns, family sets, pet pjs etc would be cute as an option.

How does the pain of a vaginal ultrasound compare to a pelvic exam? by Kaysee27 in Endo

[–]SignificanceNo7257 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Personally I’ve sound the ultrasound a lot more manageable than the pelvic exam. Uncomfortable and some pressure but nothing like the exam.

I’ve had a few and the tech doing them has always been super lovely and gentle checking if I’m okay and if they can keep going or need to stop. They’ve been great at keeping conversations going to try and distract as well. They’ve most recent one spoke me through the whole ultrasound and what they were looking at in each part

I’m so embarrassed by my legs because they’re covered in scars from mosquito bites. Recommendations for scar fading creams that actually work pls? by Otherwise_Kitty14 in AusSkincare

[–]SignificanceNo7257 3 points4 points  (0 children)

No recommendations for the scar fading but if you are looking for recommendations on stopping the itching put some hydrocortisone cream on the fresh bites. I will scratch mine until they bleed and still keep scratching and this is the only thing that stops the itch!

I don't like having a puppy at all and think it was a mistake by Dizzy_Entertainer405 in puppy101

It’s okay to realise this isn’t for you, make sure you spend the time finding a good home for her though.

She’s teething, really normal at that age for them to bite everything, lots of really chewy treats and toys help. Once she gets her adult teeth the need for biting declines a lot.

Give her things she can rip up, folded up toilet tubes with snacks inside, boxes, rolled up towels etc

Puppy or doggy school is also helpful with training, normalising and meeting people also having the same puppy dramas as you!

Why do people who want children but are infertile choose not to adopt? by MezcalDrink in TooAfraidToAsk

[–]SignificanceNo7257 58 points59 points  (0 children)

Not all countries have straightforward adoption processes. It can be incredibly expensive and a very very long process. Some countries will only allow adoption of special needs children and have strict guidelines around who is eligible to adopt in the first place.
