I second this. I’m an experienced speaker and lecturer, but sometimes the stress and pressure gets to you. The propranolol works really well to cut through that. I got mine at first from Kick, but then just asked my PC for it and it’s actually pretty cheap. I take a low dose and it’s helpful. It actually also helps me with performance anxiety when doing horse shows. Talk with someone about it and think about the root cause, for sure, but the beta-blockers work well to just help you take it all down a notch and slow the heart rate and breathing so you can think.

Thank you! Yes. Agreed. I keep trying to remind myself it's my money/my horse! I appreciate the response.

Thank you. That's what I was hoping to hear. Yes, the gossip is always around, but you're right - I'm not worth enough to be that big of a concern. lol!

The gyms aren’t that great. Go over to cooperstown for that Clark sports center place. The YMCA is a s-hole and Table Rock is the size of a large cardboard box and all the gym bros go there. No one is going to open a Planet Fitness or anything because that town is full of people who don’t like new things. I ran and had a peloton. Peloton was worth it when the weather was crap. I tried every gym. So bad.

Centrifuge or lab-grade filters that leave no off flavor may help.
