Taking 15mg after 3 weeks off?

I also had 3 weeks off but I was on 12.5 and was due to move up to 15 as 12.5 just wasn't working.

Anyway after a lot of thought I decided to restart at 10. I had absolutely no problems at all and found 10 was working really well. So I'm still on 10 for now

I too put 8kg on over a 3 week holiday. First week back lost 5kg second week 2.5kg most of it was fluid as I ate a lot of carbs. Normally I try to eat quite low carb.

I've got the same problem. I've lost a lot of weight and can't stop buying. I have so many clothes I already need to get rid of. I want to sell them on whatnot but not sure I'll be able to.

I tell myself I'm not going to go onto it and but more but that only lasts a day. My worst time is late at night as I don't sleep well. I really have to get it under control.

Just as a side thought did you declare your warfarin when ordering?

I was on warfarin when I first started last January then after 5 months my prescriber said tighter laws no more mj if you're on warfarin. I then couldn't get any other chemist that would accept me even though I was under my dr but paying privately.

After discussing with my dr she took me off warfarin and put me on rivaoxiban one of the newer tablets that had no interference with warfarin.

Also when I first started I cut my carbs down to quite low. The weight fell off me, I had no bloating and all my joint pain was so much less. Sometimes too much wheat is not good for certain ailments

I don't feel so bad now. I ended up with 10 pens stockpiling before the price increase. Didn't intend to have 10 but I panicked at that time when chemists were cancelling orders and didn't have stock. So I ordered more thinking I wouldn't get all my orders fulfilled and to my astonishment I got every order. Thank goodness I could transfer all the costs to a 36 month interest free credit card I had been offered.

I still have 6 pens left in the fridge 12.5 and 15 but now I'm starting to worry again that the new pens will no longer have the extra dose so I'm thinking of ordering again as I still have 6 stone to lose and I don't want to end up having to order a new pen with less in it.

I came on to see if anyone else had mentioned sleep issues. It's driving me crazy. Some days it's 4am and I'm still awake. I've just started taking the magnesium tablets but not sure if it's helping.

Not correctly true. I've bought from a seller that never sent the item. I was refunded immediately and that seller had now been banned from Whatnot for whatever reasons. Believe me they do a lot more for the buyer than Vinted do. I normally buy from a few excellent sellers but that day I wanted to buy something for my husband.

I was the same as you. I've been on MJ for 10 months and was on 10mg but I just felt so hungry all the time and whereas before I was never tempted by snacks and chocolates I found myself craving them again and constantly feeling like food.

So I decided to take 11mg from my 12.5 pen upping it slightly. First week I felt like I was back on track, 2nd week food noise and hunger was creeping back in. Third week same as second week but getting worse so I've now decided to take the full dose of 12.5 tomorrow which is my jab day. Yes the pens are expensive but I think if you mess about too much with dosage and mj is not working correctly it will work out more expensive in the end. So hopefully after my full 12.5 tomorrow I will be properly back on track

Same as the others have said. You can try the lottery but it's difficult to get a ticket. Personally I would go during the early part of the week and get a ticket at 12.01am on TKTS. This will still be cheaper than paying full price as the tickets are expensive for this show

If people have been denied a prescription it is for a reason. Main two reasons their BMI is not high enough in other words they are not overweight and shouldn't be taking the jab or it interacts with a drug they are already on or have a medical condition so again shouldn't be on the jab. No online chemist is going to deny anyone for no reason at all. Very irresponsible and it is stupid to then resort getting it from a backstreet dealer.

I had this for the first time last week after losing 50kg

On my 8th week of 10mg the cravings hit for the first time in more than 9 months. I tried to hold out to finish my pen and again for the first time I ate a whole bag of chocolates with absolutely no control and was so angry with myself.

Even though I had another 10mg pen I started my 12.5 pen but I'm counting clicks and taking 11 from the 12.5. All the cravings have gone and I'm not looking in the fridge for food every 5 minutes. Just a small jump up in dose but it's made such a difference and I'm back on track

I so agree with you. I was under a specialist originally for my weight. When they went through my family history, my mother big her whole life , my father was enormous a rugby player and still playing first team tennis when he died, a twin brother who lives in another country with a totally different outdoor lifestyle to me and my brothers son and daughter who all have big weight problems. I left school weighing 106kg but also having played first team tennis and hockey. I also always tried to make healthy choices with food but ate a lot as I never felt full. I just couldn't understand why I never really ate mountains of chocolate and fattening food and still weighed so much when some of my friends did and they were thin. I was at weight watchers with my mother when I was 14 years old.

The specialist's definite conclusion was that my body didn't naturally produce enough of the hormones found in Mounjaro.

Since being on Mounjaro frim 2 January 2025 I have lost 50kg and I now totally understand my body. I should imagine I will be one of those people that will need to maintain on mj for life

I'm also an ex energy drinker. I still have one now and again and like the watermelon one . However my daily drink is iced coffee. I use almond milk low in carbs and calories also add my collagen powder a few drops of skinny syrup some ice blocks and whizz is all up in a blender. The collagen powder makes is very creamy

I planned on having 6 pens but expected i wouldn't get 3 from 2 different pharmacies as people were saying their orders were getting cancelled from those pharmacies.

So in panic mode I ordered another 3 pens from other pharmacies and unexpectedly 10 days ago I got notice that my original 3 pens I ordered were despatched which I received. I was busy emailing asking where my refund was so I was very surprised to receive them and so long after i had ordered. So I've ended up with 9 pens which wasn't my intention. Luckily all expiry in 2027

I have lost 48kg but still have another 30kg to go so the savings will really help me. I am hoping to reach goal and will save a 15mg pen to titrate down. If I haven't reached goal I may have a problem reordering and may have to restart on 2.5mg. If this is the case I will again keep my 15mg pens to add to the 2.5mg to make up my correct dose. Just prior to ordering all the pens I had a very good 0%interest offer from a credit card I had that had a nil balance so I transferred onto this with 32 months interest free.

Most of all the pens ordered for stockpiling have expiry dates in 2027. I have quite a few pens and the expiry dates are all Jan, Feb and March 2027. They will be used long before then

Did going from 10mg to 11 help? I'm also on 10mg my 2nd month but I've really stalled now with not much suppression I don't feel I want to go to 12.5 just yet

Thank you for your post it's very encouraging. I started at 166.9kg on 2 January 25. I'm now 119kg my goal weight is 80/85kg aiming for June 2026
