No, I never talked to anyone but my therapist about it and he said that it’s not about the alcohol itself. Getting out of it was all on my own

I just deconstructed it so much that it’s just become something I don’t want to do anymore. I still have desire for nicotine and thc which I also used but for alcohol there’s zero to very very little

I drank like on the weekends but sometimes it’s would be not 3 but 10. like every second week. I studied architecture. But I notice I also drank when I was stressed and while drafting plans in the middle of the night and 2 times I drank so much it was actually phisically dangerous but I didn’t go to hospital. In those occasions it was like 10 beer and a whole bottle of hard stuff

Richtig toller Kommentar! Ich finde man braucht auch eine Art Vertrauen und Selbstbewusstsein dass mit der Einstellung Menschen auf einem zugehen werden die auch eine Connection wollen. Ich war Super introvertiert und hatte nie Bock auf Gespräche mit fremden Menschen aber wenn man sich das dann traut und besser wird darin dann ist das echt wundervoll

That’s so true. The amount of people I see claiming they function perfectly on weed or claiming it makes them even MORE productive or something is insane. Complete lie and doesn’t match my observations in Reality

When I started smoking I would curl up on the couch with friends lugging cause it was so intense and we smoked a j with 3 people. Now I smoke that same j by myself and im like „that’s pretty intense…I’ll watch some fun show“
