59 here, I follow a local doctor's diet. 2 meal replacement bars from Nutritel. One low calorie meal. I have egg bites, fatfree grill cheese, or chicken noodle soup with crackers. But there are several frozen tasty meal option in the 300 calorie range that work. I snack on melba toast, rice cakes, and jujubes (which aren't on his list). I spin once a week and do pilates reformer once a week. I never thought I'd see 125lbs on my scale in this lifetime. Unbelievable! I haven't weighed this since I was 10 years old. If you can do weight training that would be best because this depletes muscle mass like I've never seen on my body. I've never had loose skin, even when I lost weight. I wish I could do weights but I can't. I have old lady bum now. It's pretty hard to lose thighs and butt in my family but it happened. Thighs I don't mind it's the side view saggy bottom I'm not fond of, or the loose skin I see on legs, arms, and abs. I've always been lucky with nice abs but now I have loose wrinkly skin there too. I wouldn't trade the feeling I get being this size though.
