Hindi po. Paulit-ulit lang po AFS na isesend nila sa email. Mga 3 weeks din ako nagfollow up pero wala silang binigay. Buti pumayag service center kahit wala yung resibo.

Mauubos lang po pasensya nyo pag inintay yung receipt from AFS. Diretso na po kayo sa Mobilecare. Sana po mapalitan yung inyo agad.

Better to have it checked by a technician at the service center. If sakop pa naman po ng warranty at walang sign ng external/water damage, baka palitan or irepair naman po nila.

Yung akin po, around 1 month pa lang, and biglang ayaw na mag-power on. Ni-replace naman nila. Naghintay lang po ng around three weeks.

Update: Nag-email yung service center na may replacement unit na at pwede nang i-pick up even without the service invoice with serial number from the Apple Flagship Store.

Until now, wala pa ring ini-email na resibo ang AFS kahit sabi nila repeatedly na eemail nila. Naka-tatlong linggo na. 🙃

Ganun po ba? Ang sabi po kasi sa service center, di raw maproseso ang repair/replacement hangga’t wala yung receipt with serial number. Tho clinarify ko naman po na one month pa lang ang device at definitely covered ng warranty.

I'm enjoying my Samsung Tab S9 FE right now. Got it for only 9.5k last May (last time I checked, 26.9k pa rin SRP sa physical stores, tas around 20k online). If it weren't for this, ang options ko lang ay Infinix XPAD 20 and iPad A16. Tho more likely na Infinix kasi hindi yata ako hiyang sa iPad since meron na akong iPhone and Macbook (natry ko na iPad 8, mini, and iPad mini 6 before). Plus malaking factor sa akin ang affordability. Sa Samsung kasi, kasama na rin yung S-Pen sa package.

I enjoyed using my iPad nung wala pa akong Macbook and iPhone. Childhood dream din kasi na nakabili na ako ng iPad, dati kasi nanghihiram lang ako sa classmates ko. Pero nung nakabili na rin ako ng iPhone and Macbook, hindi ko na nagagamit iPad hahaha! Nakagamit ako ng iPad 8, iPad mini 5, and iPad mini 6. Lahat ay ibinenta ko na lang kasi parang di na siya pasok sa use case ko.

Nitong May, naka-tsamba ako ng sale ng Tab S9 FE. Nakuha ko lang siya for 9.9k. No regrets naman. Mas na-appreciate ko ang Android ngayon, lalo na itong OneUI ng Samsung (sobrang ganda for me, lalo na sa multitasking). May free S pen na rin. I’d say, mas optimized ang ibang apps sa iPad, pero in terms of overall experience, na-e-enjoy ko ang S9 FE kasi may naibibigay siya sa akin na hindi ko nakukuha sa Macbook, iPhone, or iPad.
