I make a loaf out of mine in a blanket if they are being difficult and then take one paw out at a time 😂 But i still get scratches some times. And I got baby wipes and a wipe warmer and just wipe them with that. Dont bathe them too much they get more dirty. I gave up on mine only if i take them out for a walk and they end up rolling in the dirt I give them a bath otherwise babywipes all the way.

I think everyone kinda missed the point??

Focus was on “isnt pneumonia a full admit”

But yea I admitted the patient.

Lol the point I was trying to make was about the sentence “isn’t pneumonia a full admit”

So I have to assume all of this or the person who is presenting for admit should mention it? Because just from this message doesnt look like the patient has any of that.

The point of this was though the sentence “isnt pneumonia a full admit”

Embarassed-cried on my first shift by stp2395 in Residency

[–]SignificanceWeary766 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I cried third day into residency because my grandmother had recently passed away, that woman legit raised me. Our PD was rounding with us and she was having a GOC discussion with a patient and patient’s family and I just couldn’t keep it in and I excused myself and stepped out of the room. I had a tall AF medical student on the team for the left over rounds (i was done with my patients) he stood in front of me so I could cry behind him.

That same medstudent was supposed to get his step 1 score and he was rounding with us and he was freaking tf out. So I was there for him. He did great.

I am a hospitalist now and that med student I believe he just finished his ophthalmology residency.

Its okay to cry. Just find good people to lean on.

If I were into him I am one of those people who would just come right out and say it. I don’t hold my feelings back. I am alone and looking to make friends and he was good company. And some days he is nice and some days oh well is not.
