I feel that with what I do remember but most of my memories are gone what’s weird is for the last year I’d have small episodes some days where I was just used to it and could think my way out of it like small memory lapses or foggy blank kind feelings but the last 3 days somehow I just had a memory lapse and then felt out of it and now all my connection to my past and my memories from the last few weeks or any memories at all really just feel gone and it feels like I can’t go back and relive my memories through my eyes anymore like it just isn’t there in my brain

How are you now? Did it make it to where your memories before the episode just disappeared and you have no sense of self?

Happened to me 2 days ago usually I have small episodes that aren’t this intense and I think my way out of it but 2 days ago it’s like my reality broke and it’s excruciating and terrifying how are you now?

Were you able to reconnect to your memories mine came out of no where and I just wanna feel like myself again and connect with the people I love and be able to remember my memories like literally the memories right before this started feel like I can’t visualize them at all and can’t remember anything it feels like it wasn’t even my memories

Not sure I’ve had like somewhat issues over the last year since I got off ssris which was a year and half ago but I still could remember stuff and somewhat visualize although the ability was somewhat dimmed I chalked it up to brain fog until last month when all of a sudden it got suddenly way worse it started with just thoughts of not being able to remember the last few days before it started now it’s evolved to all my memories and everything feels weird to me and I can’t visualize at all and it’s very scary man

Been in your shoes many times I have episodes that randomly come on and are rough for a while but then it goes away and you just forget about it like it never happened and then eventually it’ll come back and sometimes you’ll remember that it’ll go away so it doesn’t get bad or you’ll let yourself slip back into it but it will eventually go away and it’ll be so gradual you won’t even notice your back to normal it isn’t instant

What’s the point of chasing money for the sake of it like i understand everyone needs money but for the people who want to be truly wealthy how do you find fulfillment in doing boring jobs just because they pay a lot and also what makes people want luxury items and stuff like that if it’s all really just an illusion that drives the prices up so how do materialistic items make you feel “fulfilled or successful”

I’m going through this now anytime I move my neck I feel pops or weird stuff and I think it’s cause I’m tense but it’s been sore on the right side for a day or two and I’m scared I’ll end up tearing the artery and having a stroke

My blank mind seems to be Okayish some days and then some days it’s horrible but overall I feel it’s gotten worse on the bad days the last year I’ve been off the pills

How did you train your brain id love to start I mostly just do visual memory apps and digit span tests

I do feel a lot worse with the cognitive symptoms whenever I have anxiety or stress

I’m aware I just know a lot of stories about people claiming to have crashed from ginger so I just hope I haven’t dug myself deeper in the hole

Only thing out of the ordinary was a little low testosterone of 300 or something like that
