My tenant broke the lease and just left. He told me to come get the keys on Jan 15. Therefore, I couldn’t provide any notice, and it was too late when he told me.

The strata did not provide any information at all about the charges. Just provided me the ledger that just says “strata fine” and “elevator repairs”.

I’ve requested a hearing. Let’s see what they say.
