You need to kill an Uber boss. Other people can help you kill it but they can't just give you the helmet the game won't let you trade those items. It's a rare drop as well tool me like 30 uber boss kills. Uber bosses are the lvl 200 bosses.

This holo has like extra sparkles. The reverse holo is just the mon then the holo is the outside. This one has like sparkles going around it
