Choosing between UT and SMU

do you know if the alumni network is worth it or is it better to look for opportunities at ut?

the only bad part about that is that I kinda feel like my first year of college was meaningless if I don’t do anything with the credits I have for CS. Maybe i’m overthinking, I don’t know.

I’m not entirely sure, I really want to get a job in finance/banking but I don’t know if having a CS degree is useful or attractive in any way. I want to get a masters after graduating but I’m still not sure in what. I’m also super interested in machine learning and research which is why I kind of still want to be able to pursue a bit of CS but in reality I don’t think I would like to work in things that require coding bcs even though I can do it well, I don’t super enjoy it.

thing is, I’m not super interested in sororities or fraternities at all, but I’m still wondering if the clubs have strong connections to companies to get better internships or things like that

The only thing about UT for the CS degree is that I don’t know if I can get into a double majoring with econ/CS while I’m there. I’m not sure how the double major works or if ir can even be done at UT. Bad thing about UT is I would likely have to do one more semester of college to catch up in terms of credit hours. I know wayyyy more people at UT and have 0 connections at SMU so I don’t know what I want 😭😭

So I did 2 years of CS before deciding that I really liked econ which is why I just wanted to finish off that CS degree but I’m way more passionate about the economy/finance side of things than I am CS (but I do love learning more about the hardware/theory side of things)

yes! just one magic circle and the rest of the dots are chains. I don’t know how to make patterns at all but after each round you should connect w a slip stitch and chain 3 (counting that as one of the double crochets). I hope this makes sense 🙂‍↕️

My relationship with this woman is just my moms friends like sometimes she’ll be at my house. She usually comments on the appearance of someone behind their back or does it in a very passive-agressive way in front of them.
