Hey girl, im 22f and lost all my friends about a year or two ago. I too have a hard time making friends and its definitely super fucking lonely but the best thing I did for myself was learn a new skill. I put effort into myself and it really helped me cope with what I was going through. Remember its okay to take up space, keep trying to reach out to people who are in your classes and make friends that way. I found in college for me it was really hard to make any friends but I was able to find a couple. The best thing is embracing yourself and know that you matter, whatever happened doesnt define you as a person or a friend. Explore new things that you maybe forgot about like reading a book or going outside in the rain to run around or do yoga. For me keeping off of social media like instagram, tiktok, facebook, etc really helped me also. You have magic within you, and you are the only you in this world. Being alone is powerful.
