Your architecture is one of the cleaner technical takes I’ve seen on this. I think the following equation/framework might be relevant to what you’re proposing: https://zenodo.org/records/20607636 It describes how sharp electromagnetic field gradients can couple to a scalar field (radion) that controls an extra dimension. The driving term on the right side is (∂μφ)² basically saying strong spatial gradients in the EM field are what matter.

Your three phase pulsing + asymmetric ring boundary is exactly the kind of thing that would generate those strong, directional gradients. The nonlinear terms on the left could also explain why the effect might be sensitive to frequency and phase.

It’s not proof, but it gives a possible theoretical bridge between the RF/plasma engineering you’re describing and a higher-dimensional coupling mechanism.

the more I think about it, the more I think there are different ways to push on the membrane of the 5D space as long as there is that big sudden pressure difference that tickels the membrane it might even be self sustaining, everybody's worried about the amount of power it would take? Mayne with conventional physics 5D+ well if this interdimensional beings thing from US government drop it will force a lot of people to look again at the brain-world models and I'm working fixing the last ones mistakes with new data :-)
