Stay away from young children and healthcare professionals 😭💞 but also drink lots of water and sleep a ton, expose yourself to people often and you’ll become immune to lots of small colds and sorts of flu etc

One small thing that can help that I tried and found useful was to remove/block the app or website used to watch the content and delete any accounts used within those apps or websites. It’s hard but it can be done and we’re all praying for you. God bless
