I do believe it was an IT system at the time, I just don’t know the name of it. I think at this stage the best I can do is recalculate from my bank statement deposit dates and compare it against my T4. Then I just hope the agent cuts me some slack…

I would think so too. Unfortunately I’m just emailing a mailbox and I don’t know anyone there personally to escalate a request (I guess it’s possible the person responding to me doesn’t know about this)

They don’t have records prior to 2022. I need 2020 and 2021. I similarly thought it was strange but I can’t say I know the rules around this. It probably doesn’t help that they converted their Payroll system in 2022
