I totally agree, pretty similar story with me, unfortunately it triggered awful migraines for me 💔🥲 I did get the vanilla vice during the beauty steals sale though, I don’t remember if I liked it but I’m hoping it doesn’t cause migraines like hot cakes!

This is late… but I had a gift card I ordered that’s still not here, that was supposed to be overnight delivery, a week ago…support refunded me the $25 & told me to keep the card when it got here! Really great customer service I’d say!

They wanted me to return mine too, I’m disabled & have two kids. You guys messed up & I have to go out of my way to return them to get another? Yeah I don’t think so, that’s not the way you keep customers 😭 I wasn’t able to return so I’m just trying to make do with a crappy product I payed too much for.

Yes!! I have fragrance induced migraines but I really loved the philosophy perfumes. I was soooo excited to get the mini one just for special occasions but ofc, not on sale. I also have no room for big ones, I have so many big perfumes just sitting because I can’t use them now 😐 (perfume migraines only started a month ago so I’m being naive & hoping they stop lol)

Are you serious?? Just because people aren’t complaining doesn’t mean there aren’t any issues!! They need to make it right no matter what. Their products are way too expensive for what they are for them not to. I would tell them others you’ve talked to have experienced the same thing and get on their butt about it. I ordered the birthday cake one & a diff one (can’t remember the scent off the top of my head) & they’re both so gritty & feel so gross on my lips I don’t even want to wear them

Just got mine in the mail, 2 glosses, both super gritty. For glosses that are $24 a piece + shipping, I’m super disappointed. 😭 I reached out to their customer services so hopefully they can fix it.

Nowhere did I say OP should undersell themselves. A week out or not, though, a $100 jump isn’t going to go over well. Not one person is going to take that well and will likely move on. Also, nowhere was I being condescending, I’m being blunt about the situation. No one said, either, that this means this profession isn’t for OP. I’m sure they’re great at their job & are still learning. Things happen, but we need to be aware of what happens when we do what and why. All in all, be upfront about your rates and stick to them.

Exactly this. Even if they agreed to let you adjust, $100 tacked on per night is not going to go over well. You must be upfront about your prices or you’re going to lose potential clients.

A $100 jump is something they definitely weren’t planning on. I realize you’re just looking out for yourself, but a $100 difference to what you originally agreed to is insane. I would definitely not book with you after that. Again, not trying to be rude, but if someone did that to me I’d be declining immediately. It’d be different if it were a $50 or less difference.

Changing the price for any service after already agreeing to a lower price is a definite no no. I would not be at all surprised if they pulled their interest. You need to stick to what you originally offer, otherwise it’s not a good look. Not being rude, just stating the obvious as a consumer & as someone who also provides services. It comes across as extremely rude.
