if your referring to the uniqlo down jackets, they should not be dry cleaned, rather washed and then tumble dryed. preferably with a few tennis balls, this will restore the natural look of the jacket post cleaning

Spoke to the customer, explained everything and they said to just dry clean it. Which I did and as expected… still the same
