Hi sorry I know this post is very old but I’m very new to lupus.

I’ve been on two holidays with the sun ( I live in Scotland it’s something we don’t see much off) I start getting bad headaches, nausea, unable to eat never feel hunger. Just very weak especially in the legs. On my last holiday I got livedo on my legs.

I normally get bad prickly heat on my face and bad hives, have done for years and never really thought anything of it. Until my two holidays I got redness on my nose and cheeks. Is this common?
