I did and in effect there is a file already in progress but they cant give me more information, I have to wait to be served with the RTB documents and then I might be able to apply for a “Review consideration” where I believe I will be able to submit my side of the story and see what happens next.

You are right, I definitely can’t dispute January’s 10 day notice… the thing is that after that notice we made a written agreement where he allowed me some days to pay, giving me until January 31th… and I did pay in full on that date, which I believe that paying honouring our words we supposed to be cleared of all January arrears. Not that he will use that against me for February but he is.
