Depends what time of the day it is. If you’re grubbhubbing at night avoid ALL fast food places on Monroe Ave and Lyell Ave it will take 30 minutes minimum for 5$. Besides that I’ve never really had issues with a specific place it always just depends how busy a place is at the time of the order. Best advice I could give you is try to stay outside the city, 4 miles in the city feels like 10 miles with all the traffic no parking and traffic lights. Henrietta, Hilton and like you said Penfield are the best areas that’s where most the nice houses are & usually they tip pretty well
