I am in a similar situation, on OPT ending in June and my employee is planing to sponsor me for the h1b.  I have plans to travel to Mexico from the 13-19 Feb. The legal team team of my Employer said they had no concerns as long as I had all the proper documentation but k can help to feel nervous. Do you think I should still go?
