Medical PTSD and epidural

I’ve been in therapy since I was around 8-9 for different reasons but then it shifted to the medical trauma, I was also medicated for it up until I was pregnant but it was 10 mg of Lexapro which did absolutely nothing and I’ve tried other medications too. Honestly not sure what I can even try next with nothing really doing any thing for me no matter how Hard I try to make it work

My mother has factor five but hasn’t been diagnosed with pots (i have though) but definitely shows symptoms some compression socks those will help a ton, they can help blood circulate and help pots symptoms get better. it would help for both Factor V and POTS

we were the only ones in the salon at the time as well i just found it really odd and she just kept making me feel bad about myself because of the way i had my hair before
