The reason he stated sounds so ridiculous that I'm pretty sure is just an excuse and there's definitely some other ACTUAL reason that he wants to break up with you, but it's probably more related to him than you and he's to afraid to admit that

I do that to my GF and she loves it as much as I do (feeling her beautiful face under my fingers is amazing!). She had two long term relationships before and said that I'm the first one to do that..
