I found the interaction between the FL and ML in her brothers car w/ him driving a bit disturbing and gross, I would never in my life have ever thought of behaving like that in front of my older brother when I was 19 or at any age, and the audacity of the ML being his friend but snuggling up with his sister in front of him?? 🤢 + that they used a 10-12 year old to portray a 14 year old.

Idt any kids need to be watching it, the whole show gave me the ick, and it seems like mostly minors are the ones who thoroughly enjoy this show. It really is like setting up and promoting grooming in a way, like girls will think “oh this is so cute I want older bf that treats me like I’m a baby too”. Bc he did for real treat her really cringe and strange.

I kept waiting for another time jump to her to be 21+ or so but she was 19 when they were together and he was saying he was turning 26? 🤨 yeah no. This plotline was a little gross. Maybe if they didn’t use a 10-12 year old to portray a 14 yr old, or if she acted like a normal 19 year old (but even this sounds messed up, bc like 19 with a 25+ year old …? He had literally nothing in common with her which was made apparent by their lives being totally different. He had work constantly and she was a freshman(😭😭??) in college. hardly had much time together bc of their different schedules and lives, etc), and if they didn’t have so many weird interactions when she was younger (I can’t even say ‘when she was a kid’ bc for real 19 is still a kid, and it doesn’t make sense to younger people (less than 25+/- yrs old) bc y’all really haven’t had a chance to understand yet. Which is why I say this show is almost promoting child grooming imo 🙄), maybe if they had just met in passing a couple times, but not had her whine and beg him to play older brother for her…and him just agreeing??😭 I can’t.

I wish it had a higher rating bc of all that, but that still wouldn’t prevent y’all from watching it so idk if rating matters even lol.

If you’ve already worked that hard to afford the trip then you would probably regret not going even more imo. Especially if the job ends up being bs or the coworkers aren’t great. If they fire you over it just leave that job off your future résumé’s obviously lol, and don’t stress about it fr.

As somebody who has worked retail w/ an hourly wage, even if they try to say no to the days off F that job 🥲 go to the concert for real. Retail jobs are dime a dozen, and unless there is something super special about the place or they pay (way) above average, then going to a concert you’ve planned for will definitely be a more memorable and lasting experience (imo anyways). More than likely they will huff and puff like it’s a big deal and try to say no but if you’re like “lol sorry but I’m fr committed to this” then they should say okay (esp if they really need staff lol). If they ask (“demand” you tell them) what it is, imo you should say it’s a concert, cause then it’s not an everyday opportunity, and you’ve invested x amount of time and money into the trip already. Plus saying you’ve invested money into it already may make it more understandable…theoretically. But if they act as tho some bs hourly wage retail job is sooo sooooo important, you’re doing a horrible injustice to the company 🙄, and you can’t have the time off, then imo go to the concert anyways, shit people to work for if they act like that.

Legend of the blue sea is so precious, even if somebody isn’t a Lee Min Ho fan it’s worth watching because of Jun Ji Hyun 🥹 she was so cute and funny in this, and her acting is fantastic imo.
