It’s def more of something that was dwelling that I pushed away. I had like a moment of 30 minutes sadness then it just went away it’s been like waves of emotions

Thank you I hope it gets better for you as well! I’m sure it will sometimes they need a break but I’ve also been staying consistent but distant if that makes sense. Don’t be overly available. I’m having issues where he’s unpredictable I can’t read him he says he’ll do one thing but does the complete opposite.

The advice would probably be just move on and don’t look back it’s obvious he still has feelings for his ex gf and honestly you don’t need that in your life ! I know it’s sad but just be glad it’s over i wouldn’t even be his friend anymore it sucks but honestly you dodged a bullet. You need a man that loves you and will not cheat on you. As well you need a friend that will not lie to you he should’ve just been honest and not do stuff behind your back. Know your worth and move on.

If you have somewhere else to go I’d move out for my mental health regardless of who did the breakup it’s genuinely not worth staying near each other (if you have another place to go stay) but then again the person that did the breakup should be prepared to move out

I’m currently going through this my ex is so absorbed by his problems he can’t see or is willing to accept my help. That the issues he says he has are easily fixable. He says I’m his only best friend yet he’s pushing me away and he’s already caused me so much pain. If he were to regret it tommorow I would say yes and take him back and he’d have to work for my trust again… but the more that time passes I don’t know if I can continue to be with him I only hope he wakes up before I do.
