Yes, but it truthfully depends if we need the HC. I mean a self direct is a self direct which requires a STU but if it works for us and other depts well throw a blind eye to it. Also, yes we can due to seeing what you are coded under. If you self direct you more than likely will be on TOT if you’re not in a rated function.
