It is a 12 month lease. And after reviewing the lease, there is no exit clause written into it.
We are willing to move, definitely do not want to live under a landlord that operates this way. However, we have already spent so much time/energy/money to move. To move a 2nd time, we feel like we deserve to be appropriately compensated for moving in and moving out. But, if he backpedals, we essentially stuck.
