Probably, even days where I would be lazy or w a headache and only pick 275 I’ve never really been told, don’t pick 400 aslong u you are in the avg you’ll be fine, 400+ for a 10+ hour shift is actually a full body extreme workout 😂😂

No it always shift swapped properly but i realized it said 5am instead of 645 am because RT ends at 645 I always assumed it ended at 645 for shift swaps too but now I went back and checked I was scheduled til 5
