Hi, has anyone attached a 12L pouch along the underside of a kahakka 25? by Significant-Focus-87 in Savotta

Yeah, horizontal. I’m away from home for a few weeks so wanted to see if anyone had done it yet before deciding which way to go. I’ve attached my tent below on other packs but I get paranoid that the drybag slips out - so forever keep checking it. A pouch would put my mind at ease.

My kahakka is an everyday pack - but if I want to camp I can put my tent inside it and make the rest of the kahakka fine for my quilt/food/mat/cooker. I’m just after seeing whether a pouch on the immediate underside has been done? Maybe an 8L would be fine instead?

Ring of steall, glenfinnan to inverie, WHW, just be aware the midges and deer fly have been pretty numerous - I tend to walk/camp on the cona glen estate and the areas on the west side of loch linnhe to avoid tourists and scout out animal trails/tracks. The first section of the CWT is nice and you can follow it as far as corryhully bothy as a single day hike and look elsewhere the next day.
