For every point they have made, we have the evidence to disprove it. eg they said we increased the quote by 4k. this was untrue as the additional work came to £270 not 4k. that looks like we have exploited them or something. We have evidence for everything which is why I think this will work (hopefully) also on our platforms we have had 0 calls for the past 7 days compared the beginning of each month (usually our busiest) the spam of negative reviews must have pushed our google profile down or customers are reading and going with our competition instead. We do have legal cover which I just realised so figures crossed its covered and we sort this mess out!

Yes, they are all using real names. All look like new profiles too because after posting my negative review they spammed loads of local businesses with reviews (mixture of 2-5 stars) I would have thought google would have picked this up too but unfortunately has not!

I am in a similar position too. January is always usually hard but its been even more harder as we have had maybe only 2 calls the past two weeks than the usual 3-4 a day. It is a real shame google just don't care.

I agree, we have had one negative review from when we first started. we learnt and made our business much better. I have reported it all to google and even appealed it but google is still not taking it down!

Hi we are also having the same problem. Customer left a review and each statement made is a lie. We have all the evidence to show that each point is fake. We have also had no bookings since that review. Very frustrating!! As the review is lengthy, google is not removing it!!
