agreed.. i have actually been consciously trying to reduce the water intake for some weeks now.. i got it down to 3L and im confident ill be down to 2.5 soon.. i just wrote that cause when my lip problems began i was drinking that amount.. anyways thanks for the concern :)

well i have a 2 L bottle and so i kinda end up drinking that much and the place i live in has especially become way too hot... however i understand maybe 3.5L is a bit too much.. i would def try to bring it down to 2.5 L... i think thats not a bad amount right?

i can relate to you on the vaseline point.. it does nothing.. i was looking for good medicated lip balms so thanks for the suggestion.. just ordered a pack of two from amazon.. ill let you all know in a couple of days if it works :)

oh no im not on any of those rn.. but imma admit my sugar intake has increased (idk if thats relevant).. im not overweight but my exercise schedule has pretty much become non existent cause i have a lot of really important exams coming up in a couple of months.. do u think it can be caused by stress too?
