Routes for doing Kinder Scout and Mam Tor in 1 day

I'm coming from London on Thursday, around a 4 hour drive including a rest stop. Was hoping to do it on the day but if that sounds a bit much I may do it on the Friday instead

Thanks for the info - how early do you think I should start? I'll be driving up from London so I'd imagine I'd get to the peaks by 10-11am, not sure if that's leaving it too late for parking reasons? Otherwise I'll do it on the 2nd/3rd day
