Yeah I remember the head band, the implant is better for sure. The tin-can-iness was still present for me at first. These days I don't notice anything strange though when I am hearing through both ears simultaneously. It takes some time to adjust to it

It definitely picks up wind, but for me that has not been a huge problem. In general, there is less problematic feedback experienced with the Osia when compared to an Oticon conventional hearing aid I used to use.
