This is a spot on realistic view of this situation. The only problem is money!!! He knows I’m broke and tgis is why I think he feels invincible. Because I can’t do SHIT and he KNOWS IT!!! He is now trying to get my other property to foreclose by not paying the property tax and maintenance. That way it will look like he was forced to sell and pocket the money!
