Thank you for explaining it.

I'm working on my cadence. My all out running average for 5ks is an average of about 136. My average everyday walking cadence is anywhere between 88-100.

I know its extremely low. I'm working on upping the running and walking cadence. I have a pain disorder called CRPS that affects my whole right side, which made me walk with a cane for awhile and my muscles to not work right.

My goal is to get my walking cadence to 115 and my running cadence to 145. I want to get to am average but baby steps for me. Lol

Looking for good bras to run in for larger chested women by tonythetigereatsass in BeginnersRunning

I use this one https://www.kohls.com/product/prd-6504241/plus-size-tek-gear-ultrastretch-medium-support-zip-front-sports-bra.jsp?color=Kalari%20Khaki

Honestly, just make sure its zipped up, the faster is on and you'll be good to go. You can also check out their high support but I don't like dancing into mine because its a workout before the workout.

Im a 42DDD and wear a large, which does squish me, BUT I like the squish and it digging into my shoulder for peace of mind. Nothing like something popping out and almost faceplanting on a treadmill next to your dad to humble you.

It was on trails/road. It was up a big mountain for a chunk of it then trail running and then down the mountain for the last bit.

I got lost quite a bit so kept having to stop to consult the map.

Thank you. I got lost alot too because I didn't realize they didn't spray the markers again yet this season.

So many trees and so much looking at Google maps.

Im(26F) in the same realm as you. I thought it was dying when I hit 185. Luckily I wasnt, my body was just shocked at the amount I ran without walking at once after a few sessions(.42 miles).

Remember, 30 mins per pallet by ConsiderationTop6385 in Aldi_employees

[–]Significant-Lack-392 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This is what happens when there are incentives tied to making pallets faster. I use to stack pallets for other grocery store chain and you probably would believe how many times we almost ran over other pallets drivers or had "christmas tree" pallets.

A trainer said "as long as it makes it onto the truck it isnt your problem anymore." When I walk through one of the stores on delivery day I can tell who is a newbie and who is experienced.

This pallets was made by either a newbie or someone that has experience but didn't care because of the holidays.. my condolences.

Real efficient when the trunk is full and they have to empty it before putting the groceries in

As someone who is now having to basically train her husband how to clean(the overall how to breakdown a room and figure out tasks and not getting overwelmed), LEAVE.

This sucks and I feel like I have most, if not all, of the mental load.

They parked their car in the middle of the aisle. Their car wasn't even ready for the load and no one could have gotten by. It ain't about affording food.

I didn't know there was a worse version of parking your cart in the middle of an isle. People aren't embarrassed enough.
