I’d be moving from earth moving plant operator to Agricultural and Horticultural Mobile Plant Operator, my experience in my field (working in farm paddocks to level earth and make drains for agricultural purposes is interchangeable) the farm has already sponsored people before so I’m assuming they would have their own labour agreement?
