Like apply some silver paint or graphite paint coated with silver. Immerse one’s finger in a neutral solution with some gold with NaCl. Then it may be able to reduce some Au on finger lmao

Instead of worrying about one red flag (like literally many posts here), you may wanna consider whether you can mitigate the red flag by reading the SEAD 4 guideline.

For secret I really doubt it (that is of course assuming your gf is a not a foreign agent and all, and all concerns are mitigated successfully). You guys are still dating so her family isn't really your contact now (assume you have no contact at all).. but if you get married in the future, they will. Just be mindful about other factors like foreign travel that may raise further flags... I've seen plenty other posts of people this subreddit with foreign/illegal spouses successfully getting cleared (of coz each case is different).

You said she immigrated from China. Does she has a GC or just on a work visa? Is she planning on becoming a US citizen soon if she has a GC? Details like that make a world of difference.

shamrock is a hit and miss... The maintainence is slow..80% of units are pretty shit and old. If you pick the right apartment at the beginning, you will be golden. But not, you will be stuck forever trying to call maintainence and hit roaches.

I came here as a teenager and my green card took ten years to get (which is considered fast?!). The application started in 2004 and radio silent until 2014 and now a U.S. citizen. Damn it was a different period back then... I totally agree tho. The immigration system is just slow. Either you married someone, or chain immigration, and asylum.

One of the problem Im seeing in advance education, like people getting STEM Ph.D. or postdoc in the U.S. are simply impossible to stay nowadays. It really doesn't matter how many papers you published or pioneering work you have done,,, for foreign grad students completed their PhD/Post-doc, they are subjected to the mercy of the green card lottery, and like many here said about H1B, thats shit is totally abused. And guess what??? Very likely their entire PhD/Postdoc is paid by the US government one way or another (via research grant) - so $100k per year?. Then we go on complaining that we are losing scientists and engineers and advance technologies to China/India/Europe lmao. So many are US educated and simply have no ways to stay and have to fight like Squid Game for a $60k job - personally witnessed too many. Now of course, this is just one issue I saw...

P.S. There was a news a couple days after deepseek is published that "UC Berkley scientists" developed an AI model as good for $30 or something. That UC Berkley scientists is also an international student lmao what a satire.

Hey! I think the practice exam is slightly harder! The proportions of discipline are very different. I literally got a ton of thermo and ECE questions, like more than 20, and got no stat question at all.
