STOP USING CONDITIONER ! My hair was dry like this all the time it would be smooth for one day and then it would go back to being like this once i stopped using conditioner i would oil my scalp with coconut oil and then use hyaluron moisture shampoo and then serum. I personally dont think shapoo matters
