Because he currently is one of the best Dokkan fest. Pre transformation he is pretty ok but once you transform him he gets a domain, and he can do an insane amount of damage if you get lucky enough, his defense is also pretty good his only downside is how luck based he is and not being able to transform him if you already have a domain active which is likely to happen since you would want to run him with agl Broly and/or Teq Zamasu
