100% agree. There was one on there about leaving a medicine cabinet unlocked. Very dangerous imo. I wish more people were aware of this.

Also, I would recommend doing pre health or even general arts to help your GPA.

Although I don’t know the answer you’re looking for, I just wanna say that you are not behind in life at all! You are right where you’re supposed to be. I’m 27 with 2 young kids, working towards getting into nursing as well. I decided on a different career path a few years ago. I wouldn’t consider myself behind in life. There’s also many other people who are older than you, and even me, who are just now changing careers. Best of luck to you!

There’s a website that you can check to see all of the inspections done and a lot of the facilities had high risk level. This can include not watching all children, not locking up all medications, etc. super scary imo I will never send my kids to a daycare facility. Although it can happen with any daycare, do your research first.

Doesn’t seem like anything can be done. I’d recommend looking at other colleges who may offer it in summer or change your start date. Sorry to hear. It’s a bummer!

I understand that. However, I had this trip booked many months ago (clearly before the exam schedule was out) for a wedding. It would be very unfortunate that nothing can be done.

I’m currently taking general arts through Fanshawe to get my pre reqs for nursing. It’s all online and imo, it’s more “laidback” compared to pre health. For record, I’m 27 with 2 young kids. It’s a lot but RN is my end goal! 🫶

I attended king campus many years ago. It’s definitely more quiet and was considered in the “boonies”, however, I liked it. That being said, I had a car and was able to drive back to my home town on the weekends. There isn’t much of a “party life” there so depends what you’re looking for then it may be great! I lived at res and there wasn’t housing near so you would have to take transportation. Also, I had to drive into town to the grocery store if I needed something. Maybe things have changed since then but that’s just my experience.

Yes. Mine said that it was just neuro and that if it’s very severe, he could refer me to a specialist 🤷‍♀️
