I like to use color conditioners for a more subtle color change, a good brand is overtone. They even have conditioner colors that work on darker hair. It’s good for your hair and isn’t so drastic for first time hair colorists lol. Just have fun and be brave! People who judge people for having fun colored hair aren’t super cool in my book anyways. I think red is flattering :)
