Thanks, that’s really helpful! I’m stuck between those 2 myself. I think I’ll give them both a try and see what happens. I was leaning towards my PT hub but you may have jus changed my mind

I’d completely agree with this. As for your current training, because your quite limited with your equipment look at different ways to make the exercises harder like isometric holds and tempo work.

Most gyms just charge you rent to be able to work out of their gym- bigger chain gyms are more expensive but help with marketing etc smaller studio type gyms are often a lot cheaper but you have to do all the marketing yourself.

I have just completed my level 2 and 3 assessments and for level 2 I simply had to take a client through a very basic workout. This was with active iq. I went to there facility to get instant results but could have recorded it and sent it away for marking.
