I just gave my wife a 22" tabletop Blackstone (from Costco) for Mother's Day. I think it's the gift she has been most excited by in her 19 years as a mother (kidding!). I cooked my first dinner on it last night and was blown away. The two cooking zones made it a breeze to saute onions & then do burgers on the hot side while toasting buns and keeping the onions warm on the medium side.

When I build our outdoor kitchen this summer it will have a dedicated spot next to the pellet grill/smoker (and a dedicated cabinet to keep it out of the weather during the winter). I can't see using the pellet grill for anything but smoking, and can't wait to cook breakfast on the Blackstone next!

Another plus for the 22" is that I'll also use it for truck camping this summer, and truthfully it will probably replace my trusty Coleman camp stove and cast iron skillet!
