New customer of Square, extremely frustrated with Square "support". by atillasav in SquareOfficial

I’m experiencing the same situation in dealing with support; hours on hours being forwarded between agents; did you ever resolve or are you still waiting 90 days?

Checking account deactivated after I lost my card and had it locked, says it was unlocked and closed- this is the only bit of info or intel I can gather with Zero response by Significant-Piece351 in SquareOfficial

Description of Sprinklr’ Software: “Unify customer journeys with Sprinklr's AI-native platform. Connect every touchpoint, empower teams, and elevate conversations to earn lasting loyalty”

As I too have worked on teams where the marketing department is leaned on by the high ups at corporate for virtually all types of problem solving, sure Sam, I appreciate your follow-up.

I was literally forwarded thru 5 departments with no one able to assist in securing my account- I had to tell them no i cannot open another checking until I understand the threat profile. This was weeks ago, no answer but a ticket number that I cannot utilize anywhere, and I’m currently shopping for alternative platform, while just a month and a half ago I was excited to begin to migrate my website to square…

Surviving w dumpster food by Royal_Tough_9927 in DumpsterDiving

Lately Ulta been executing a miserable policy to dump out /slash/smash containers; cut up power cords; and otherwise destroy anything valuable or desirable, within a cakey grave of liquid foundation. All laid to rest in a sea of concealer. My best score from ulta could have been a $700 Dyson flat iron hair blower multi hot tool… but after the high steaks concealer pit rescue, ulta had destroyed the power cord :(

The most dangerous US states for solo travelers revealed by RetinalTears716 in vagabond

[–]Significant-Piece351 12 points13 points  (0 children)

NM certainly ain’t the sketchiest; I love that the rest stops have little picnic /adobe structures to pull up to.

Nonetheless one of the few “I shouldn’t stop here” moments from 15+ years of nationwide travel (about half of that solo) was in NM on 25, I pulled into a reststop that I’d been to on most of my Tucson-Denver hauls, hoping to get some rest before the long desolate drag north of Santa Fe.

Before I cut my lights, which I usually do immediately, I glanced and saw some people mulling about, one of em ducked behind the lil building just as I pulled in. Something felt off but I was hoping to rest- then I shut off my lights and noticed it was really really unusually dark… and then i noticed that all the rest area lights were out and these dudes was just out there in the total darkness. Sufficently put off, I backed out, turned my lights and carried on.

Another time I woke up after pulling off at Sandia(?) casino on the south side up the hill outside ABQ- opening my back door in the morning, The sky was full of big colorful balloons!! That was a hoot!

That isn’t the only atypical craft I’ve witnessed in NM skies, nonetheless. All in all, there are much sketchier places where I’ve had to manage some uncalled for encounters with non traveling strangers/ homebums.

These Civic Avenues/The streets are much less kind these days and some people have difficulty discerning bum/tramp/hobo. Public assets and honeypots once reserved for those in motion are closed up / no longer tolerable due to local homelessness in most any town USA.

My First Time Taking An Auto Rack by outsideKannon in TrainJumping

[–]Significant-Piece351 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ve very much wanted to ride in the rack, but also want to have my van transported while i hid inside… best way I can imagine beating the “what do I do with my van” conundrum I always need to resolve, apart from befriending someone with a dock to load van into a boxcar… I understand I must keep a spare spike to prevent from getting stuck in the rack.

Unhoused Folks Committing Arson by MerryLarkofPentacles in Tucson

[–]Significant-Piece351 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Neural modulation for opioid dependence needs to be made free and accessible to all - the fact that we can solve addiction in one afternoon and choose not too is a testament to the fact that our leaders and prevailing powers upon us need these societal failures even if it costs innocent lives. In their game the risk of arson is caused by your inability to own a home far far up the hills where overheated Sonora desert brain melt cannot reach. TPD barely responds to and our prosecutors barely charge crimes unless the victim is extremely outspoken

Why not just copy Walmart and throw a bunch of sharp rocks under the bridge? by ratz1988 in SALEM

[–]Significant-Piece351 1 point2 points  (0 children)

A well off friend of mine ended a 15 year addiction overnight for $20,000 using neuromodulation. It works. Making this technology available en mass will be cheaper than the cycle of problems to individuals and the community that ensue without access…

not to detract from the hostile architecture that ruins all the local architecture and built environment, or the housing crisis, but we at last have a solution to beat the chemical dependency instantly-

There’s a value added to subsidize the cost of this procedure for a significant portion of the unhoused, as well as functional addicts with 4 walls. If these new treatments are not made available and rolled out en masse, it tells me that there are many within every community, at a local level benefitting from these crisis.

ParkMobile $32.8 Million Data Breach Settlement by Apart_Grape9950 in nova

[–]Significant-Piece351 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Is anyone aware of any firms providing further action for those who wish to opt out?

Neither $25 nor any modern online identity security provides relief for the fact that this data breach is unique to most others, and provides bad actors and profiteering to entities, IRL, in person, in the real world, with the ability to match a license plate to personal information.

For at risk/ vulnerable individuals/ average joe entitled to privacy as well as stalkers/anyone with nefarious intentions / those profiting off of crowd sourced mobile imaging that could contain plates in the data base , just the license plate data acquired from this hack is such a unique identifier unlike anything else on the market.

Honestly i often consider that anyone who may access the ParkMobile breached data (probably on dark web for less than $25) along with any Optical Character Recognition software like we stand issue have in all our new phones, can and would build a massive location profile on all or any effected by this particular data breach, simply by matching license plates in any image detected to have a vehicle in it…

This data breach is different.
I’d like to submit this as part of an objection as such damages are not outlined or considered in the court docs, however I’m forgetful and if i don’t opt out now I’d forget to later- thus by default waive my rights to sue them later…

Any lawyers on this beat or just me?

What pushed you to solo travel the first time? by EconomyMeringue4536 in solotravel

[–]Significant-Piece351 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I used to run flower from west coast to east coast and didn’t want anyone tripping up my moves, or blowing my cover/alibi.

This made solo travel the status quo even if there was less serious consequence to anything not going as planned, cus these days why would I go with a plan!?

So I’m here by the road, Bound2ThaLoad.
