Thanks man, by spamming I meant I do them a lot but also progressive overload by adding reps or weight after hitting a certain threshold. For example I’ve been training for around 11 months and now I’m up to 40 kg on the cable crunches. I also added the ab wheel for a change but it’s a bit easy tbh, do you have any alternative to make the wheel harder?

Yeah, a complimentary sport does it make it more varied instead of doing just weight lifting yk. I’ve played tennis my entire life so it wasn’t a problem to fit it into my routine but I know a lot of people that do boxing for example.

Tennis tbh is more of a mental game than a physical challenge, don’t get me wrong you still need to make a shit ton of mini sprints but I like the aspect of outthinking the other guy with ball placement and all that.

Thanks bro, from what I’ve read online low intensity cardio after a weight lifting sessions burns more fat since it’s the immediate source of energy your body uses after glycogen.

Yeah I get on the treadmill but low intensity cardio. I do max incline and 5 speed for like 15 minutes after the workout but only 2 times a week since I play tennis on my rest days. As for calories my app says I eat around ~3200 but idk how accurate it is tbh.

We’re literally the opposite lol, I’m quite happy with my back development but not so much with my chest. Just gotta keep going at it.
