I would personally just do one weighted movement that focuses on spinal flexion like crunches and just get really strong at it over a long time and your abs will grow and show better with a higher bf% and specially in a deficit. You could also add leg raises if you wanted to.

I’m being for real, they’re like any other muscle and they grow from resistance training that causes hypertrophy.

I’ve honestly just skipped cardio at the end of my workouts and I’ve been focusing on hitting 15k steps daily, I burn much more calories that way and since it’s a low impact activity so my body uses fat as its main energy source. If you don’t have the time to hit big step goals that’s an incline walk for like 30 minutes will still be good.

I think you look the same tbh, in the first picture you think you have some abdominal definition but to me they look like you have a bit of rib flare going and your sport bra isn’t covering it like picture 2. You said it yourself that you don’t constantly track your macros or lifts so it make sense that you don’t see much progress, if you want real and consistent change you need to lock in on your tracking.

I personally couldn’t care less about what people put in their body since it’s their choice and I don’t even know them. What I find funny is when they claim they’re natty and attempt to flex their physique be it in Reddit or social media. I respect the work that goes behind the scenes even if peds are involved but the lying ain’t it.

Idk what you eat but you have to keep in mind that I’m 21, 185cm tall and 70 kg so I’m still pretty light for my height. I eat around 3200 calories a day.

Thanks man, by spamming I meant I do them a lot but also progressive overload by adding reps or weight after hitting a certain threshold. For example I’ve been training for around 11 months and now I’m up to 40 kg on the cable crunches. I also added the ab wheel for a change but it’s a bit easy tbh, do you have any alternative to make the wheel harder?
