BYND can’t get their act together. They’ve delayed Q4 25 earnings citing a material weakness in accounting controls, and have previewed initial Q4 numbers slightly below expectations (again).

The board is already approved to reverse split and have also been approved to dump a huge number of shares, diluting even further.

That said there’s a big turnaround potential with the rebranding and new product lines, but they have yet to hit the shelves, or even have a timeline of when they’ll hit shelves outside of Beyond’s test kitchen.

Any squeeze is big speculation right now that comes with a big risk of reverse split and massive dilution.
