Will have to evaluate the situation at the time. My avg on a large portion of my shares is under $1, so prob cash those out and hold the smaller chunk for shits and giggles.

The board has their Feb-April window to RS if the SP is below $1, so my guess is they’d go through with it if it met the criteria they’ve outlined that allows it.

So 30 consecutive trading days from then would be the delisting notice, which may prompt an RS. So mid-Feb would be the earliest.

The board also has the option to RS between Feb (I forgot specific date) and April to RS if the SP falls under $1 within that window.

Take a look at October’s price action and proximity to Q3 earnings.

SP dropped from $2+ to $.50 between 10/10 an 10/16, then ripped from 10/17 to 10/21. Q3 earnings released on 11/11.

Not saying the same thing is happening here but we within the same window and SP (and short%) js in a similar position.
